Mat Pilates: All Levels

Mat classes at Rise Integrative Therapy & Pilates have expanded! Current class offerings include:

• Mat Pilates Modified

All experience levels welcome. Expect 45-60 minutes of group time with a certified instructor. $20 drop-in or 5 Credits for members.
