NEW CLIENTS START HERE
Experience our essential introduction to Rise Integrative and the Reformer—your first step into the world of Reformer Pilates. If you're new to the reformer, this introductory session is required before joining as a member or booking group classes. Designed to set you up for success, this class will familiarize you with the equipment, foundational movements, and key principles of Pilates, ensuring you feel confident and prepared for your practice.
Foundations Apparatus
BEGINNER FRIENDLY
Build strength, stability, and confidence in this beginner-friendly Pilates apparatus class. Using the Reformer and other equipment, you'll focus on fundamental movements, alignment, and breathwork to create a strong foundation for your practice. Perfect for newcomers and those refining their skills!
This class is also ideal if you're navigating the beautiful transitions of prenatal and postpartum phases, seeking to build balance and strength or looking to improve bone density.
Adaptive/Post Rehabilitative Pilates

Step into a world of healing and empowerment with our dynamic Adaptive/Post-Rehabilitative Pilates class! Designed for individuals on the journey of recovery, managing chronic pain or seeking adaptive movement solutions, this class is your opportunity to rediscover your body’s potential, build strength and improve overall body awareness.

Join our Progressions Pilates class and experience the perfect blend of challenge and growth! Designed for those ready to elevate their Pilates journey, this dynamic class focuses on advancing your skills. Through a series of progressive exercises, you’ll build strength and refine your technique, all while receiving personalized guidance from our skilled instructors. This is your opportunity to explore new variations, challenge your limits and discover the joy of movement.
Mixed Equipment Pilates
Join our Mixed Equipment Pilates class for an exciting and dynamic experience! This class combines the best of Pilates apparatus—Reformers, towers, exo chairs, spine correctors and more—to offer a comprehensive workout suitable for all levels. You'll build strength, flexibility and coordination with a diverse range of exercises. The versatility of the equipment allows for innovative movements and modifications, ensuring you find the perfect challenge for your body.
Reformer + Jumpboard
Intermediate Level and Up
Feel energized and grounded in this dynamic Reformer class that blends cardio-powered Jumpboard intervals with strength-focused sculpting using light weights and props.
Replacing the reformer's standard footbar, a padded platform (the jumpboard) is used to perform plyometric running motions and jumping while lying on your back. The class provides many of the cardio benefits without added joint stress found in traditional jumping.
Pelvic Minded Pilates
Join Lara Natonski, PT, DPT, RYT for a pilates reformer and mat/prop fusion class with emphasis on pelvic health. A class for those interested in learning more about their pelvic health and the connection between their core and whole-body health. Experience pelvic pressure, incontinence, prolapse? This is a pelvic-minded class with an integrated mobility approach connecting your core to your pelvic floor! Safe for prenatal and postpartum as well.
MAT PILATES: CLASSICAL
50-minute Classical Mat Pilates Class led by a Certified Pilates Instructor, guiding you through the original mat pilates exercises developed by Joseph Pilates. Ready to learn some of the original 34 exercises? Then this class is for you.
MAT PILATES + PROPS
Small (4-10 people) group programming for individuals who enjoy mat pilates or are looking to learn about its benefits. All experience levels welcome. Class may also include use of props such as balls, bands, Pilates rings, foam rollers, and Pilates Arc.
MAT PILATES + YOGA FUSION
A 70-minute class, Mastering Mindful Movement on the mat. This fusion class blends yoga, mat pilates, and mobility skills. It is recommended for participants to have some prior experience with yoga or mat pilates.
YOGA: FLOW+FUNCTION
Lead by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, designed to guide your body through sequences and series of vinyasa flow, breath, balance, and mobility work from head to toe and inside out. Appropriate for beginners and seasoned movers!
Rise integrative Pilates

Something for everyone.
Rise offers small group (4-10 people) programming for individuals who enjoy Pilates (reformer, tower, oov, mat), or are looking to explore preferences. All experience levels welcome. Expect 45-60 minutes of group time with a certified instructor.
Rise also offers Pilates in private and semi-private appointments for a customized experience and targeted, 1:1 support.
Our class modalities include apparatus, mat Pilates, mixed equipment, reformer Pilates, rehabilitative Pilates, and yoga.
