I'm Katie.

Founder & Lead Clinician of Rise

As a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy, Polestar™️ Comprehensively trained Pilates for Rehabilitation Practitioner, Certified Athletic Trainer, and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, my clinical philosophy blends the intricacies of guided intentionality, mindfulness, and movement.


Rise Integrative is not simply a Pilates studio. It is an artfully crafted safe haven for any individual seeking a controlled understanding of their body.


It is an environment that welcomes all skill levels and encourages those unfamiliar with Pilates, but open to trying. It is for anyone who desires a sacred sanctuary as they learn their physical boundaries and steadily exceed their expectations.


It is a new community of people connecting with themselves and others, enjoying the process (along with some well-deserved peace and quiet).
