Karyn W. - Instructor
Karyn has been a PMA-certified Pilates instructor for 16 years, and a practitioner for over 35 years. She attended The Articulate Eye Pilates Teacher Training Program in Rockville, MD, and is also Pink Ribbon Pilates-certified. In addition to working with healthy clients ages 10-90, she has worked with many conditions, including Parkinson’s & Alzheimer's Diseases, Arthritis, Spinal Fusions, Post Polio Syndrome, Joint Hypermobility, Endometriosis, Amputation, Obesity, Athletic Injury, Neurological Injury, Chronic Pain, Prenatal & Postnatal, & Breast Cancer. Karyn’s clients have included professional dancers, musicians and athletes, as well as student dancers and athletes. Also a former professional dancer and history teacher, Karyn brings a keen eye for detail, creativity, and a passion for helping others live and feel better to her work.
