Dee’s Pilates journey began many years ago in pursuit of keeping exercise, flexibility and strength interesting and new. Her focus on movement and the goal of mastering movement sequences and functionality creates a love of learning progressions and variations to always remain in a state of constant growth and development. 

As one who never seems to tire, the diverse movements in Pilates keeps her from losing interest. Dee's Classes include Foundations, Progressions, Mat Pilates Essentials, and Private Pilates.

"The breathwork is another facet of Pilates that I love to incorporate into everyday and life movement.  What truly keeps me doing Pilates is the feeling of accomplishment paired with the feeling of grounding and peace in my body afterwards."
