Dee P-Instructor
Dee’s Pilates journey began many years ago in pursuit of keeping exercise, flexibility, and strength interesting and new. Her focus on movement and the goal of mastering movement sequences and functionality creates a love of learning progressions and variations, always keeping her in a state of constant growth and development. As one who never seems to tire, the diverse movements in Pilates keep her from losing interest.
Dee's Classes include: Foundations, Progressions, Mat Pilates Essentials, and Private Pilates.
