This summer at Rise, you can have the opportunity to train on the Reformer, Tower, and Chair. Expect creative, challenging and fun sessions that build core strength, improve alignment, and make turns, balances, and extensions feel stronger and more supported.

This equipment-based Pilates training is designed for intermediate or advanced dance students.


  • Week 1: Awareness & Alignment, laying the foundation for smarter training.
  • Week 2: Strength & Stability, building the support system behind technique.
  • Week 3: Integration & Performance, applying what you have learned to dance-specific movement.


Classes occur twice a week for 3 weeks, in order for students to truly feel the benefits of the practice. Spaces are limited.
