Self Care September
We have traditionally honored all of our clients with activities for the month of September, but this year we are offering even more. We hope you enjoy the "extras" at our studio this month.
From a yoga donation class, discounted memberships for new members, to open studio time for seasoned clients, and a new workshop offering, we've got you covered.
september 7th: a special yoga class
Donation Yoga Class:
Flow For A Cause
Join Lara for a special 60-minute donation-based yoga class supporting Humane Indiana.
This all-levels practice will guide you through mindful movement, breath, and relaxation while giving back to a meaningful cause in our area.
Your participation helps provide care and resources for animals in need. Come move, connect, and share in the spirit of compassion both on and off the mat.
All proceeds will be donated directly to Humane Indiana.
septymber 26th: mobility workshop
September Workshop:
Hand & Foot Mobility
for Daily Life
Our hands and feet carry us through so much each day. From hours at the keyboard to gripping weights to moving through daily life, tension and stiffness can build, limiting mobility and creating discomfort.
In this workshop, Katie will guide you through gentle, effective practices to increase mobility, restore balance, and support long-term strength in your hands and feet. You’ll explore exercises that release tightness and improve function so you can type, walk, grip, and move better.
This workshop is ideal for anyone who spends time at a desk, feels stiffness in their hands or feet, or wants to reconnect with their foundation of movement.

SELF CARE FRIDAYS
SEASONED CLIENTS ONLY
For the month of September, seasoned clients can explore the full range of our Pilates equipment at their own pace with our Open Studio: *Self-Paced Practice sessions!
One of our certified instructors will be available to guide you, answer questions, and offer tips during these 45-minute sessions. Come move, experiment, and progress your practice.
